Born in Panama City, Florida and raised in Tacoma, Washington, Brandi Besagno developed a passion for soccer that led her to compete on scholarship at USC Upstate in South Carolina. After college, she lived and worked in Germany, traveling extensively and gaining a global perspective that continues to shape her approach to life and real estate.

Upon returning to the U.S., Bradni found her calling in real estate. Her own experiences with multiple relocations give her a unique understanding of the challenges and emotions involved in moving—whether locally, across state lines, or internationally. She is dedicated to providing personalized service, clear communication, and a smooth, informed experience for every client.

Proudly affiliated with Windermere Real Estate and a member of Igor Pechkovskyi’s Real Estate Team, Brandi collaborates closely with industry professionals to deliver exceptional results. She is committed to making the buying and selling process as stress-free—and even enjoyable—as possible.

Outside of real estate, Brandi enjoys time with her husband and three boys—Declan, Luca, and Aidan—along with cooking, crabbing on Camano Island, yoga, and friendly games of Pinochle or Hearts.
