Igor and his assistant Ganka did an excellent in helping me prepare for, and eventually selling my home. They kept me informed as to what steps were needed and how to accomplish them. Ganka particularly helped me sell much of my furniture that could not be moved into my new apartment. Igor and his team were great to work with, and they made the process of selling my condo- seamless and easy. Units for sale were rare in our community, and I was worried about timing the market to get the most money out of this sale and pricing the property right, so we got multiple offers, and Igor took care of all of that for me. He explained things we could control and things we couldn’t, he made the unit look like a million dollars, hired contractors to paint it, changed carpets, cleaned and fixed everything, paid them all, and the best part- I had to do nothing with that at all, I loved it. I was a first time home-buyer, coming into the home-buying experience absolutely inexperienced.
